🧒 PRODUCT & DESIGN QUESTIONS

Q: Are your products made with DTF prints?
A: Yes! All of our apparel items β€” including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, aprons, and bags β€” are printed using high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) technology for bright colors and long-lasting results.

Q: The print on my shirt is peeling. What should I do?
A: Don’t worry! Peeling can happen if the shirt is ironed directly on the print or washed in hot water. Please email us a photo at info@upstatefoxgo.com β€” we’ll review it and arrange a replacement if needed.

Q: Can I wash and iron my custom shirt normally?
A: Turn the shirt inside out, wash cold (max 30Β°C/86Β°F), and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Iron inside out on low heat β€” never directly on the design.

Q: Do you offer custom designs or personal names on items?
A: Absolutely! You can upload your design or request a name/personalization before checkout.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders are shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Q: My package is delayed β€” what should I do?
A: Please allow a few extra days for carrier delays, especially during holidays. If tracking shows no update for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@upstatefoxgo.comΒ and we’ll help you right away.

Q: My package arrived damaged or missing items.
A: We’re so sorry! Please take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging, then email them to us. We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a solution.

Q: My order is lost in transit.
A: If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ business days, contact us β€” we’ll file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.

A: If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, yes! Email us immediately with your order number and the correct design info.
